摘要
研究影响棉低熔点氨纶包芯纱织物保形性的因素。制备了共计7种织物,包括纯棉精梳织物、棉普通氨纶包芯纱织物和棉低熔点氨纶包芯纱织物。研究了氨纶丝种类、氨纶芯丝牵伸倍数、包芯纱捻系数、织物热处理温度和处理时间对织物保形性的影响。结果表明:棉低熔点氨纶包芯纱织物在热处理温度180℃和处理时间20 s下,织物纬向折皱回复角明显增大;纱线捻系数360、氨纶丝牵伸3.0倍时,棉低熔点氨纶包芯纱织物的抗皱性较好。认为:热处理使低熔点氨纶丝表层熔化并与外包棉纤维黏结,影响了织物保形性。
The elements affecting cotton low melting point spandex core-spun yarn fabrics were studied.Seven kinds of fabric were prepared including pure cotton combed fabric,cotton common spandex core-spun yarn fabric and cotton spandex with low melting point core-spun yarn fabric.Influence of spandex filament category,spandex filament draft multiple,twist factor of core-spun yarn,thermal treatment temperature and treatment time of fabrics conformality were studied.The results showed that weft wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric were obviously increased under 180 ℃ thermal temperature and 20 s thermal treatment time on cotton spandex with low melting point corespun yarn fabric.When the yarn twist factor was 360 and the draft multiple of spandex was 3.0 times,anti-wrinkle property of the cotton spandex with low melting point core-spun yarn fabric was better.It is considered that the surface of spandex with low melting point is melt and bonded with covering cotton fiber after thermal treatment,then the fabric conformality is affected.
