摘要 探讨EKS腈纶复合纤维的定性鉴别方法。通过燃烧法、显微镜观察法、溶解法、红外光谱法和热裂解方法等纤维定性方法,结合多种辅助方法的优势,最终确定了EKS腈纶复合纤维的系统鉴别法。结果表明:EKS腈纶复合纤维的燃烧现象、微观形态,以及在65%硫氰酸钾和三氯乙酸/三氯甲烷沸煮条件下的芯层溶解现象,为EKS腈纶复合纤维的定性鉴别提供了重要依据;通过红外光谱图,结合熔点测定和热重分析可获得辅助定性信息;最后,根据热裂解方法的特征裂解产物,可准确对EKS腈纶复合纤维进行定性鉴别。认为:多种定性方法的结合可以有效鉴定EKS腈纶复合纤维。 Qualitative identification method of EKS acrylic composite fiber were discussed.Through the fiber qualitative identification methods like burning method,microscopic examination method,dissolution method,infrared spectroscopy method,pyrolysis method and so on,systemic identification method of EKS acrylic composite fiber was determined by combining the advantage of multiple aiding method.The test results showed that the burning phenomena and micromorphology of EKS acrylic composite fiber,the central layer dissolution phenomena under the boiling condition of 65% potassium rhodanide and trichloroacetic acid/trichloromethane provided important evidence for the qualitative identification of EKS acrylic composite fibers.Through infrared spectroscopy,auxiliary qualitative identification information could be obtained through combing melting test and thermogravimetric analysis.In the end,according to the characteristic split product in the thermal pyrolysis method,qualitative identification of EKS acrylic composite fiber could be done accurately.It is considered that EKS acrylic composite fiber can be effectively identified through combining multiple qualitative methods.
