摘要
探讨K44型细纱机集聚纺的改造实践。介绍了K44型细纱机的结构特点以及经常出现的问题,提出了具体的改造方案。保持原机部分优势,牵伸系统采用四罗拉集聚纺结构,对电气控制系统进行优化并优先选配通用产品,对与设备配套的吸排风系统进行了相应的改造。结果表明:改造后设备故障率大幅降低,使用维护成本减小。认为:根据设备特点进行系列改造可明显增强其适纺性,改善纺纱质量。
Modification of K44 spinning frame condensed spinning was discussed.Structural characteristics and frequently occurring problems of K44 spinning frame were introduced,specific modification scheme was put forward.Advantages of the original machine were kept,four-roller condensed spinning structure was adopted in drafting system.Electrical control system was optimized,selection of general products was prioritized,suction and exhaust system were correspondingly modified for matching with the equipment.The results showed that the equipment failure rate was greatly reduced after the modification,the cost of use and maintenance were reduced.It is considered that through series modification according to characteristics of the equipment,the spinnability can be obviously enhanced and the spinning quality can be improved.
