摘要
表面活性素(Surfactin)主要是由芽孢杆菌属产生的具有表面活性的微生物衍生化合物,具有抗细菌、真菌、寄生虫和病毒等特性。为进一步研究表面活性素对动物源病原菌的体外抑制作用,采用牛津杯法测定了表面活性素对产气荚膜梭菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌圈直径;采用两倍稀释法测定了表面活性素、杆菌肽和亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽对4种产气荚膜梭菌的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:表面活性素对产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌圈直径均超过了15 mm,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径为8.78 mm,对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌没有产生抑菌圈,同时表面活性素与抗生素杆菌肽对产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌能力相近。
Surfactin is mainly a microbial derivative compound with surface activity produced by Bacillus. It has antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic and antiviral properties. In order to further study the in vitro antibacterial effect of surfactant on animal-derived pathogenic bacteria, the Oxford cup method was used to determine the diameter of the inhibition zone of surfactant on Clostridium perfringens, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella;two-fold dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of surfactant,bacitracin and bacitracin methylene disalicylate against four species of Clostridium perfringens in vitro. The results showed that the diameter of the inhibition zone of surfactin against Clostridium perfringens was more than 15 mm,the diameter of the inhibition zone against Staphylococcus aureus was 8.78 mm, and there was no zone of inhibition against E. coli and Salmonella. At the same time, the inhibitory ability of surfactin against Clostridium perfringens was similar to that of antibiotic bacitracin.
