辽宁部分地区绒山羊副结核病流行状况调查

Prevalence of Tuberculosis in Cashmere Goats in Partial Areas of Liaoning Province

副结核病(Paratuberculosis)是由副结核分枝杆菌(MAP)引起的以反刍兽为主的多种动物共患的慢性消化道疾病。近年来辽宁地区绒山羊产业迅速发展,但绒山羊副结核病的发病率也较高,严重影响当地绒山羊的生产性能,造成较大经济损失。为了有效防控绒山羊副结核病,本研究结合辽宁省有关部门开展的羊副结核病防治研究项目,在辽宁省绒山羊部分产区开展了副结核病流行及防治情况的调查。调查发现:辽宁省部分地区绒山羊副结核病阳性率达23.75%;阳性羊平均发病率为26.83%,其中成年母羊发病率最高,达到39.23%,羔羊发病率最低,为4.10%。

Paratuberculosis is a chronic digestive tract disease caused by Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis(MAP). In recent years, the cashmere goat industry in Liaoning Province has developed rapidly, but the incidence of paratuberculosis is also high, which seriously affects the production performance of local cashmere goats and causes greater economic losses. In order to effectively prevent and control cashmere goat paratuberculosis,this study combined with the research project on the prevention and control of sheep paratuberculosis carried out by relevant departments of Liaoning Province, an investigation of the prevalence and prevention of paratuberculosis was carried out in some producing areas of cashmere goats in Liaoning Province. The survey found that some areas of Liaoning Province, the positive rate of sub-tuberculosis in cashmere goats reached 23.75%;the average incidence of positive sheep was 26.83%, of which the incidence of adult ewes was the highest, reaching 39.23%,and the lowest incidence of lambs was 4.10%.
