基于有机更新理论的城中村改造策略研究——以诸暨市花园岭改造为例

The Reconstruction Strategy of Urban Villages Based on the Organic Renewal Theory:A Case Study of the Reconstruction of Huayuanling in Zhuji City

随着我国城市的快速发展,城中村越来越显得孤立,其存在的建筑杂乱,配套设施不足,管理落后等问题,已严重影响了城市及社会的整体进步。同时城中村往往历史悠久,传统文化浓厚,对其的改造继续沿用大拆大建的模式,有悖于现代社会发展理念。应用有机更新设计理念,采用最小干预的方式,在保留传统文化的基础上,进行以适应现代生活的改造,将会是城中村改造的一个有效方法。该论文借对诸暨花园岭城中村更新改造的契机,探索了有机更新理论在城中村改造中的应用,力求为将来我国的城中村更新改造提供一定的借鉴意义。

With the rapid development of cities in China,urban villages are becoming more and more isolated.The existing problems of messy buildings,insufficient supporting facilities,and backward management have seriously affected the overall progress of the city and society.Meanwhile,urban villages often have a long history and a strong traditional culture.The reconstruction of urban villages continues to follow the model of large-scale demolition and construction,which is contrary to the development concept of modern society.The application of the organic renewal design concept,the adoption of the method with minimal intervention,and the reconstruction with adaption to modern life on the basis of the preservation of traditional culture,will be an effective method for the reconstruction of urban villages.This paper explores the application of organic renewal theory in the reconstruction of urban villages by taking advantage of the opportunity of the renewal and reconstruction of Huayuanling urban villages in Zhuji and strives to provide a certain reference for the future renewal and reconstruction of urban villages in China.
