美丽乡村建设背景下的福安市康源村活化提升设计研究

The Revitalization and Promotion Design of Kangyuan Village in Fu’an City Under the Background of Beautiful Rural Construction

从建设社会主义新农村到如今的美丽乡村建设,乡村建设的内容由社会经济发展转向乡村整体品质的提升。当今许多美丽乡村建设停留在注重人居环境提升阶段上,实际上城市与乡村是一个相互依存的互补关系,村落的空间及其周边环境都是有别于城市的一种资源,这种资源本来可以服务于村民,但因为村民的进城就业导致村落人口的锐减继而造成这些资源的闲置。这种资源也可以吸引市民来分享,先从环境提升入手再到活化利用,就是针对市民的“分享”来实现村民与市民的“共享”。该文以福安市康源村为例,介绍了康源村的乡建过程以及在这个过程中出现的问题,以问题为导向建构了阶段性提升与活化的路径,按照近期与远期两个阶段对康源村的保护与发展进行提升与活化设计。

From the construction of a new socialist countryside to the construction of beautiful villages today,the content of rural construction has shifted from social and economic development to the improvement of the overall quality of the village.Many beautiful villages nowadays focus on improving the human settlement environment.In fact,cities and villages are mutually dependent and complementary.The space of the village and its surrounding environment are a kind of resources that are different from those of the city.It can serve the villagers,but because the villagers’employment in cities has led to a sharp decrease in the population of the village.these resources are left unused.This kind of resource can also attract citizens to share,starting with environmental improvement and then revitalizing it.It is aimed at the"sharing"of citizens to realize the"sharing"between villagers and citizens.Taking Kangyuan Village in Fu’an City as an example,we introduce the township construction process of Kangyuan Village and the problems that arise in this process,and construct a phased improvement and activation path based on problem-orientation,finally we make a design of enhancing and revitalizing the protection and development of Kangyuan Village according to the short-term and long-term phases.
