摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病,其病程时间跨度长,需要长时间的药物控制。n-3PUFAs是深海鱼油的主要功能成分,是天然存在于自然界的一种重要的生物活性物质,对人体几乎无毒副作用。研究表明它们对UC具有良好的干预效果,在替代UC传统治疗药物方面具有很大的应用潜力,而其作用机制尚不明确,可能是通过调节炎症反应,影响氧化应激,调节免疫应答反应,调节肠道菌群等来发挥作用。本文综述n-3PUFAs干预UC的作用机制,以期为n-3PUFAs应用于UC的管控提供参考。
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease.Its pathogenesis may be relat ed to heredity,environment,immunity and microorganism.n-3PUFAs are the main components of deep-sea fish oil and they are important bioactive substances in nature.Studies have shown that n-3PUFAs have great potential in the prevention and treatment of UC,but the mechanism is still unclear.The possible mechanism involves the regulation of inflammatory^response,oxidative stress,immune response and intestinal flora.This paper makes a review of this in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of n-3PUFAs in the control of UC.
