原发性卵巢类癌1例

Primary ovarian carcinoid:a case report

原发性卵巢类癌十分罕见,多发生于围绝经期女性,目前多为病例个案报道,妇科医生对其认识相对较少,术前不易诊断,主要依靠术后病理检查明确诊断,易引起误诊。临床发现盆腔包块,以及出现某些内分泌物质及其引起的皮肤潮红、毛细血管扩张、支气管痉挛、心脏损害等症候群,应高度怀疑该病。手术范围可根据患者的年龄、生育要求等具体情况个体化选择,术后均应严密随访。

Primary ovarian carcinoid is rare,mostly occurring in perimenopausal women.At present,most cases are reported as individual cases.Gynecologists have not much knowledge of it,and it is difficult to diagnose before surgery.Its diagnosis is mainly confirmed by postoperative pathological examination.It could be misdiagnosed easily.The disease should be highly suspected when pelvic mass is found clinically,as well as the occurrence of certain endocrine substances and their causes of skin flushing,telangiectasia,bronchospasm,heart damage,and other symptoms.The surgical scope can be selected individually according to the patients'age,fertility requirements,and other specific conditions.These patients should be strictly followed up after surgery.
