Discussion on Measurement of Geometric Dimension of Wind Power Tower

文章对风电塔筒几何尺寸检测进行研究探讨。通过对比、举例分析等方法总结出一个行之有效、便捷和更为可靠的检测方法,从而运用到塔筒产品验收和现场安装的检测中,提高产品验收的效率和现场安装的正确可靠。运用激光技术进行测量的新方法提高了测量精度,缩短了测量时间,保证风机运转质量和使用寿命。

In this paper,the geometric dimension detection method of wind power tower is studied and discussed.an effective,convenient and more reliable detection method is obtained by comparison,example analysis,which is applied to the tower product acceptance and field installation detection to improve the efficiency of product acceptance and the correct and reliable field installation.The new measurement method by using laser technology,improvs the measurement accuracy,shortenes the measurement time,and guarantees the operation quality and service life of the fan in our group company.
