某联合循环机组汽轮机轴振异常分析和处理

摘要 某电厂使用的西门子V94.2型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为双轴布置。在运行两年后,联合循环机组汽轮机#1-2轴承出现轴振值快速爬升,并在半小时内快速回落至基础轴振值的异常现象,#1轴承X向轴振最大值达130μm(报警值127μm)。电厂技术人员对汽轮机轴振异常产生的原因进行了深入分析,通过大修对汽轮机缺陷进行了处理,修后轴振异常现象消除。 Siemens V94.2 gas-steam combined cycle unit used in a power plant was arranged with two shafts.After two years of operation,The shaft vibration value of No.1-2 bearing of combined cycle unit yose rapidly,the abnormal phenomenon of the vibration value of the foundation shaft quickly falls back within half an hour,the maximum value of x-axis vibration of No.1 bearing is 130μm(alarm value is 127μm).The reason of abnormal shaft vibration of steam turbine was analyzed by technicians in power plant,The defects of steam turbine were treated by overhaul,the abnormal phenomenon of shaft vibration was successfully eliminated.
