基于BIM及智慧运维技术对历史建筑改造研究

摘要 为了更好地传承历史文化,历史建筑的修缮与改造项目越来越多,使用BIM技术扫描历史建筑,依据扫描信息建立模型,搭建相应的智慧运维平台,该方式越来越广泛地被运用到历史建筑的修缮和改造中.假设以上海虹口大楼为原型进行改造,结合该建筑现状、周围环境分析及功能需求,运用BIM技术,制订优化改造方案,展现BIM技术及智慧运维技术在历史建筑改造方面的应用. In order to better inherit the history and culture,there are more and more repair and transformation projects of historical buildings.BIM technology is used to scan historical buildings and models are built based on the scanned information.Then corresponding intelligent operation and maintenance platforms are constructed.This method is more and more widely used to repair and transformation projects of historical buildings.Shanghai Hongkou Building is assumed as a prototype for renovation.Combining with the current situation of the building,surrounding environment analysis and functional requirements,BIM technology was used to formulate an optimized renovation plan demonstrating the application of BIM technology and smart operation and maintenance technology in the renovation of historical buildings.
