现代学徒制模式下培育高职生工匠精神的实践与思考

Practice and consideration on cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students under the mode of modern apprenticeship

培育高职生工匠精神对于建设创新型国家、创造人生出彩机会以及开展社会主义核心价值观教育具有重大意义.以江苏建筑职业技术学院机电一体化专业为例,从深化职教改革、厚植文化土壤、磨砺专业技能三个方面分析了现代学徒制模式下高职生工匠精神培育实践经验,提出了高职生工匠精神培育应遵循"精神为先、工匠为后"的逻辑思路、"校园为先、企业为后"的现实路径,并给出了完善中国特色现代学徒制的建议.

Cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of vocational college students is of great significance for building an innovative country,creating opportunities for successful life,and the education of socialist core values.Taking mechatronics specialty of Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology as an example,this paper analyzed the practical experience of cultivating the craftsman spirit of vocational students under the modern apprenticeship model from the following three aspects:deepening the reform of vocational education,strengthening cultural soil,and sharpening professional skills.Then,mod it provided two suggestions for spiritual cultivation:one is to follow the logical thinking of“spirit first,craftsman second”and the realistic path of“campus first,enterprise second”;the other is to improve the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
