"学习强国"平台具有独特的育人作用,能丰富高校思政教育的内容和形式,使思政教育更好地吸引大学生的关注,帮助大学生形成正确的价值观.但当前高校思政教育中应用"学习强国"平台发挥其育人作用仍存在一定的不足,具体表现为大学生更倾向于使用手机移动端进行学习,平台上的思想政治育人内容未与高校思政教育充分融合,考核机制和保障制度不健全等.对此,高校和思政教师要从多方面入手,强化PC端在大学生群体内的使用,充分挖掘"学习强国"平台中的育人内容并与思政教育有机结合,共同发挥育人实效.同时,高校还应健全相关的考核机制,完善制度保障,为"学习强国"平台在高校思政教育中的创新应用奠定基础、提供保障.

“learning power”platform has a unique educational role,which can enrich the content and form of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,make ideological and political education better attract the attention of college students and help college students form correct values.However,there are still some deficiencies in the application of the“learning power”platform in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Specifically,college students prefer to use mobile phones for learning,the ideological and political education content on the platform is not fully integrated with ideological and political education in colleges and universities;and the assessment mechanism and guarantee system are not perfect.In this regard,colleges and political teachers should start from many aspects,strengthen the use of PC in college students,fully tap the educational content in the“learning power”platform,and organically combine it with ideological and political education to give full play to the effectiveness of education.At the same time,colleges should also improve the relevant assessment mechanism and improve the system guarantee,so as to lay the foundation and provide guarantee for the innovative application of the“learning power”platform in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
