高职院校“浸润式”思想政治教育的实施路径探析

On the implementation path of “infiltration type” ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges

高等教育的根本任务在于立德树人,思想政治教育需贯穿立德树人的全过程.为顺应新时代思想政治教育的新使命、新任务、新要求,创新思想政治教育,围绕课程、文化、活动、实践等内容构建"浸润式"思想政治教育模式,实现教育主体上的育人共同体,教育方式上的显隐性结合,以及教育载体上的创新融合,全面引领大学生成长成才.

The fundamental task of higher education is to cultivate morality and cultivate people. Ideological and political education needs to run through the whole process of cultivating morality and cultivate people. In order to comply with the new mission, new tasks and new requirements of ideological and political education in the new era, this paper suggests to innovate ideological and political education by building an “infiltration” ideological and political education model around curriculum, culture, activities and practice. It aims to realize the educational community on the main body of education, the combination of explicit and implicit educational methods, and the innovative integration on the educational carrier, and finally to comprehensively guide college students to grow and become talents.
