高价值专利视角下高校专利申请的优化策略

Optimization strategy of patent application in colleges from the perspective of high-value patent

高校申报的专利一直是技术创新集中的区域,但是专利产出质量一直存在良莠不齐、专利成果市场化脱节的情况.针对高校专利现状以及存在的问题,从多元化专利申请动机出发,提出了一种改进型模糊综合评价(AFCE)模型对专利质量进行评估,以评估结果为依据辅助合理化专利布局,促进高价值专利的产量.

The patents of colleges have always been the concentrated area of technological innovation,but the quality of patent output is uneven and the market of patent achievements is disjointed.In view of the current situation and existing problems of patents in colleges,starting from the diversified patent application motivation,an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(AFCE)model was proposed to evaluate the patent quality.Based on the evaluation results,it assists in rationalizing the patent layout and promoting the output of high-value patents.
