石化大型储罐利旧施工措施分析

近年来石油化工行业迅猛发展,全国各地许多化工项目陆续开展,其中包括许多新型煤化工项目是在原有老厂区的基础上进行改扩建或异地搬迁改造施工。又因近期钢材市场价格上涨,建设单位在考虑节约成本、提高资源利用率并考虑保护环境等因素的影响下,往往向施工单位和设计单位提出对大型储罐采取利旧施工。为保证利旧设备完工后符合国家规范、安全、环境等要求,在利旧施工中需采取一系列针对性措施,文章根据以往施工经验和相关规范要求对石化大型储罐利旧部分重点施工措施进行分析和介绍。
