摘要 针对色连煤矿2-2上煤层8101“三软”综采工作面的生产实际,本文研究了支架移架速度、刮板输送机和采煤机负荷,确定了支架的移架速度为3.73 m/min,采煤机的最大运行速度为9 m/min,正规循环时间为58min,并在执行正规循环作业过程中,探索总结出了“三软”煤层大采高工作面科学正规循环快速推进法,创造了日进18刀,日产2.52万t的记录,实现了矿井的高产高效发展。 Aiming at the actual production of the 8101 "three-soft" fully mechanized mining face in the 2-2 upper seam of Selian coal mine,it is determined that the moving speed of the support is 3.73 m/min, the maximum operating speed of the shearer is 9 m/min, and the normal cycle time is 58 min. In the process of implementing normal cycle operations, the scientific and normal circulation rapid advance method of the "three soft" coal seam large mining height working face has been explored and summarized, which has created a record of 18 knives per day and a daily output of 25,200 tons, realized the high-yield and efficient development of the mine.
