精阿铁路增建二线引入阿拉山口站改扩建方案研究

Study on Reconstruction and Expansion Plan of Introducing Second Line of Jinghe-Alashankou Railway to Alashankou Railway Station

为提高铁路运输能力,完善区域铁路网,对精阿铁路增建二线引入阿拉山口站改扩建方案进行研究。在阐述精阿铁路现状的基础上,针对车站准、宽轨场能力趋于紧张,车站调车距离长,换装作业区效率较低等问题,通过方案比选,确定新建线设置综合查验场、新建上行出发Ⅴ场、新建集装箱换装库及新建集装箱换装场与保税区准轨场间联络线、增加换装场换装2区的准宽轨有效长等方案。推荐方案技术可行、方案合理、项目总投资适度,对提升国际运输通道服务水平、促进中哈两国贸易往来有重要意义。

To enhance the railway transportation capacity and improve the regional railway network, this paper studied the expansion and reconstruction plan of introducing the second line of Jinghe-Alashankou Railway to Alashankou Railway Station. First, this study elaborated on the current situation of JingheAlashankou Railway and considered the problems such as the insufficiency of station standards and widegauge yard capacity, the long shunting distance at the station, and the low efficiency of the reloading operation area. On this basis, through the comparison and selection of plans, it was determined to set up a comprehensive inspection yard for the new line, a new upward departure yard V, a new container reloading warehouse, and a new tie line between the new container reloading yard and the standard rail yard in the bonded area and increase the effective length of the quasi-wide rail in the reloading yard and the second reloading zone. The recommended plan is technically feasible, reasonable, and the total investment of the project is moderate, which is of great significance for improving the service level of the international transportation channel and promoting the trade between China and Kazakhstan.
