摘要
基于超偏载检测装置的中欧班列安全质量监控方案可以有效促进中欧班列的高质量发展。在分析中欧班列开行现状的基础上,基于中欧班列超偏载检测数据,采用途中甩车智能评判算法和开行信息自动统计方法,结合中欧班列质量评价指标,对中欧班列的安全质量进行实时监控,掌握班列开行动态和运营状况。以固定时间范围内开行的中欧班列为例,采用基于超偏载检测装置的中欧班列安全质量监控解决方案,对中欧班列进行实时监控和质量评价,实现中欧班列质量指标的科学、公正和自动化统计,为中欧班列的健康发展提供信息技术保障。
The safety and quality monitoring scheme for China-Europe Railway Express based on the overload and unbalanced load detection device can facilitate its high-quality development. According to the operation status analysis and the overload and unbalanced load detection data of China-Europe Railway Express, this paper adopted an intelligent evaluation algorithm of on-route uncoupling and automatic statistics of operation information. Through quality evaluation indicators for China-Europe Railway Express, the safety and quality were monitored in real time to obtain the operation status of China-Europe Railway Express. Taking China-Europe Railway Express operated in a specific time range as an example, we employed the above safety and quality monitoring scheme for the real-time monitoring and quality evaluation of China-Europe Railway Express and achieved scientific, fair, and automatic statistics of the quality evaluation indicators. The research can provide information technology support for the healthy development of China-Europe Railway Express.
