逻辑起点与价值机理:民族地区职业教育服务乡村振兴的行动观照 被引量:11

Logical Starting Point and Value Mechanism:The Action Focus of Vocational Education Serving Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Minority Areas

摘要 民族地区乡村振兴是我国乡村振兴战略“补短板”的重要环节。民族地区职业教育作为面向民族地区最为开放、最为活跃、最为复杂的全息融合性教育类型,在服务民族地区乡村振兴中具有催生乡村产业兴旺的经济价值、负载乡土记忆传承的文化价值以及培育乡村技术人才的教育价值,精准对接了民族地区乡村主导产业脱耦、文化特色丢失以及技术人才匮乏的逻辑起点。要高质量实现民族地区乡村振兴,职业教育在行动上需要精准目标定位,满足职业教育服务乡村振兴的技术需求;观照过程统整,激活职业教育服务乡村振兴的内部动力;供给效能保障,构建职业教育服务乡村振兴的长效机制。 Rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas is an important part of Chinese rural revitalization strategy to“make up for shortcomings ”. As the most open, active and complex type of holographic fusion education for ethnic minority areas, Vocational education in ethnic minority areas has the economic value of stimulating the prosperity of rural industries, the cultural value of carrying forward local memory inheritance, educational value of cultivating rural technical talents in serving rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas, and accurately matches the logical starting point of the decoupling of rural leading industries in ethnic minority areas, loss of cultural characteristics, and lack of technical talents. To achieve high-quality rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas, vocational education needs precise target positioning in action to meet the technical needs of vocational education to serve rural revitalization;observe process integration to activate the internal power of vocational education to serve rural revitalization;provide guarantee of efficiency to build a long-term mechanism for education to serve rural revitalization.
