民族地区乡村振兴是我国乡村振兴战略“补短板”的重要环节。民族地区职业教育作为面向民族地区最为开放、最为活跃、最为复杂的全息融合性教育类型,在服务民族地区乡村振兴中具有催生乡村产业兴旺的经济价值、负载乡土记忆传承的文化价值以及培育乡村技术人才的教育价值,精准对接了民族地区乡村主导产业脱耦、文化特色丢失以及技术人才匮乏的逻辑起点。要高质量实现民族地区乡村振兴,职业教育在行动上需要精准目标定位,满足职业教育服务乡村振兴的技术需求;观照过程统整,激活职业教育服务乡村振兴的内部动力;供给效能保障,构建职业教育服务乡村振兴的长效机制。

Rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas is an important part of Chinese rural revitalization strategy to“make up for shortcomings ”. To achieve high-quality rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas, vocational education needs precise target positioning in action to meet the technical needs of vocational education to serve rural revitalization;observe process integration to activate the internal power of vocational education to serve rural revitalization;provide guarantee of efficiency to build a long-term mechanism for education to serve rural revitalization.
