地方高校新型农科人才培养模式的研究与实践

Research and practice of new agricultural talents cultivation mode for local universities

农业产业转型升级、经济社会高质量发展对高等农业教育提出了新要求。基于天津市现代都市型农业创新发展的新形势以及传统农科专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出“爱农村、爱农民、懂技术、善经营、会管理”的新型农科应用型人才培养目标,紧扣立德树人根本任务,系统谋划了教育教学综合改革的工作思路和具体举措,建立了协同聚焦的保障机制,并进行了广泛实践,教育教学工作取得了显著成效。

The transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry and the high-quality development of economy and society have put forward new requirements for higher agricultural education.Based on the new situation of innovation and development of the modern urban agricultural in Tianjin and the existing problems in the traditional agricultural professional talent training,a new agricultural and applied talents training goal has been put forward,that is,loving the rural areas,caring about rural people,having a good knowledge of technology and managing well.Around the basic task of the moral education,the working thoughts and the specific measurements for the comprehensive reform of education and teaching have been designed systematically.The guarantee mechanism of collaborative focus on undergraduate teaching has been established and extensively practiced with remarkable results having been achieved in education and teaching.
