类型视角下高职教育高质量发展的内涵与策略探析

Tentative Analysis on the Connotation and Strategy of High-quality Development of Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Type Education

高职教育既具有职业性、技术性、应用性和高等性等特征,相较于普通教育,还具有培养目标、育人模式、教育内容、专业设置和功能定位等方面的类型特性。高职教育高质量发展是以类型特性为基点的发展,立德树人、对接科技发展趋势和区域发展需求、遵循职业教育规律、严把教育教学国家标准等是基本遵循,准确定位、优化供给、整合动力、打造“双师”队伍、创新治理和创建标志性成果等是基本策略。

Higher vocational education has not only the characteristics of professionalism,technicality,application and higher quality,but also its own peculiar type characteristics in training goal,education mode,education content,specialty setting and function orientation,etc.,compared with common education.Based on type characteristics,high-quality development of higher vocational education follows such basic principles as morality education,meeting the needs of science-technology trend with the demand of regional development,obeying the law of vocational education and the national standards of education and teaching as well.What’s more,the basic strategies are to set accurate orientation,optimize supply,integrate all powers,cultivate the teams of“double-qualified”teachers,innovate governance and establish landmark achievements in order to put higher vocational education into further development.
