立德树人视域下高职院校心理健康管理问题探析

On the Management of Mental Health in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People

立德树人视域下,心理健康管理作为高职院校的重要工作,目前主要存在以下问题:课程体系不完善,缺乏针对性;教学情境单调乏味,师生互动明显不足;心理健康教育载体孤立,形式多样无法合力;学生心理健康跟踪测评和监督评估缺乏连续性,与课程考核脱节。笔者在分析问题原因基础上,提出了改进策略,包括:树立全员重视心理健康管理的教育理念,端正定位;大力推进心理健康教育课程体系建设与教学改革;建立健全心理健康管理运行体系与联动机制;加强心理健康管理专业人员队伍建设和培训等。

From the perspective of establishing morality and cultivating people,mental health management,as an important work in higher vocational colleges,mainly has the following problems:The curriculum system is imperfect and lack of pertinence;The teaching situation is monotonous and the interaction between teachers and students is obviously insufficient;The carrier of mental health education is isolated,the forms are diverse,and cannot work together;The follow-up evaluation and supervision evaluation of students'mental health are lack of continuity,which is divorced from the course evaluation.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,the author puts forward improvement strategies,including:Establish the educational concept that all staff pay attention to mental health management and correct positioning;Vigorously promote the construction of mental health education curriculum system and teaching reform;Establish and improve the operation system and linkage mechanism of mental health management;Strengthen the construction and training of mental health management professionals.
