“双一流”背景下安全工程专业人才培养方案优化探索 被引量:6

Exploration on the Optimization of Talent Training Program for Safety Engineering Specialty Under Background of "Double First-class"

摘要 安徽理工大学安全工程专业国家级“一流专业”的获批建设,对安全工程专业人才培养提出新的要求,亟需对培养方案进行优化调整。本文在充分听取用人单位和毕业生反馈意见、调研分析国内同类高校安全工程专业培养方案的基础上,结合安全工程专业工程教育认证标准、卓越工程师培养要求和新工科建设要求,对安全工程专业人才培养方案进行优化探索,形成满足经济社会发展需求、符合该校办学实际的安全工程专业人才培养方案。结果表明:新方案的实施使得教育教学效果明显提升,学生对课程教学的满意度平均分达到95.14分;及格率均达到97.2%以上;分数在85~100区间的高分学生占比普遍在23.2%以上;平均分均达到72.8分以上。 With the approval of the construction of national"First-class major"of Safety Engineering specialty in Anhui University of Science and Technology,new requirements are put forward for the training of safety engineering talents,and it is urgent to optimize and adjust the training program.In this paper,on the basis of fully listening to the feedback of employers and graduates,investigating and analyzing the training program of safety engineering specialty in domestic similar colleges and universities,and according to the engineering education certification standard for safety engineering specialty and the requirements of the outstanding engineers training and new engineering course construction,the talent training program for safety engineering specialty was explored and optimized.After that,a talent training program that meets the needs of economic and social development and meets the teaching reality was formed.The results showed that the implementation of the new program obviously improved the teaching effect,in which the average score of students’satisfactions with the course teaching was95.14points,the pass rate was over97.2%,students with high scores between85and100generally accounted for more than23.2%,and the average score was more than72.8.
