大类招生培养模式下安全科学与工程类人才培养策略与实践 被引量:4

Strategies and Practices of Safety Science and Engineering Talents Training Under the Mode of Major Enrolling and Training

摘要 探索适合安全科学与工程类专业的大类招生培养模式,对于该专业综合型人才培养具有重要意义。本文对国内外大类招生培养模式现状与实践困境进行分析,并以中国矿业大学(北京)应急管理与安全工程学院为例,系统总结分析该院安全科学与工程大类招生培养策略与成效。研究结果表明:对比传统专业招生培养模式,大类招生培养模式学生对专业选择的满意度从70%提升到95%;平均绩点从3.04提升至3.21;不及格率由1.6%降低至0.7%;近年来的就业率均为100%。该策略可有效解决高校人才培养与社会需求不相匹配的矛盾,可为安全科学与工程类综合型人才培养实践提供借鉴。 It is of great significance to explore the mode of enrolling and training suitable for safety science and engineering majors.This article analyzes the status quo and practical difficulties of major enrolling and training modes at home and abroad,and takes the School of Emergency Management and Safety Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing)as an example to systematically summarize and analyze the enrolling and training strategies and effects of safety science and engineering.The results show that compared with the traditional training mode of major enrollment,the satisfaction degree of students in major enrolling and training mode increases from70%to 95%;Grade point average increased from 3.04 to 3.21;The failure rate fell from1.6%to 0.7%;The employment rate in recent years has been 100%.This strategy can effectively solve the contradiction between university personnel training and social needs,and provide reference for the practice of comprehensive personnel training in safety science and engineering.
