摘要
以典型T型板为研究对象,通过顺序耦合的方法对其在不同约束边界下的焊接残余应力进行数值模拟,后将其作为结构的初始缺陷添加至疲劳分析模块中,完成了含有初始缺陷的典型T型板在不同载荷情况下的疲劳分析。结果表明:残余应力主要分布于焊缝及其附近区域,表现为接近材料拉伸极限的350 MPa左右的拉伸残余应力;理想状态下局部载荷对结构疲劳强度影响大于拉伸载荷,考虑残余应力后结构疲劳强度下降明显。
In this paper, the welding residual stress of typical T-shaped plates under different constraint boundaries is numerically simulated by sequential coupling method, and then it is added to the fatigue analysis module as the initial defect of the structure, and the fatigue analysis of typical T-shaped plates with initial defects under different loads is completed. The results show that the residual stress is mainly distributed in the weld and its adjacent area, which is about 350 MPa tensile residual stress close to the tensile limit of the material In the ideal state, the local load has a greater influence on the fatigue strength of the structure than the tensile load, and the fatigue strength of the structure decreases obviously after considering the residual stress.
