球囊肺动脉成形术对慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压患者右心功能的改善

摘要 慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)是第四类肺高压,右心功能是CTEPH患者预后的重要决定因素,症状严重性、死亡率均与右心功能衰竭程度有关。球囊肺动脉成形术(BPA)作为一种新的介入治疗方法,不仅可以明显改善CTEPH患者的临床症状、血流动力学,还能改善右心功能。该文主要围绕BPA对CTEPH患者右心功能的改善情况进行综述。
