微波消解--电感耦合等离子质谱法测定灵宝杜仲中药材中的铜、铅、砷、镉

Determination of Cu,Pb,As and Cd in Eucommia of Lingbao by ICP-MS Combined with Microwave Digestion

利用微波消解中药杜仲皮和叶制备得到样品溶液,通过电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)分别测定其中的铜、砷、镉和铅含量,结果表明,样品中铜含量为4.29mg/kg,砷含量为0.54mg/kg,镉含量为0.11mg/kg,铅含量为3.81mg/kg。方法的检出限在0.004-0.240mg/kg之间,精密度在1%-2%之间,加标回收率为103%,充分说明了该方法的准确度高、重复性好,可用于杜仲中药材的质量控制和安全评价,所测灵宝杜仲药材中铜、砷、镉和铅的元素含量远远低于行业标准,符合中药进出口贸易安全的要求。

To determine the content of Cu,Pb,As and Cd in Lingbao Eucommia.Methods The sample solution was made by microwave digestion.And the contents of the four elements was determined by ICP-MS.Results The concentrations of Cu,As,Cd and Pd were 4.29 mg/kg,0.54mg/kg,0.11 mg/kg,3.81 mg/kg,respectively.The detection limit was 0.0004-0.24,The precision was 1%-2%,and the recovery was 103%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and efficient,which can be used for the quality control and safety evaluation of Lingbao Eucommia.Else,the content of four elements is far lower than the maximum allowable level of the industry standard.
