摘要
过滤器是流体运行系统的重要构件。当阻力大于流体的压力时,过滤过程就会中止,继续过滤需要清洗过滤器。本文分析了过滤再生的常用方式,并提出自蓄能反吹过滤器技术。该技术巧妙地利用了离心泵的特性,通过蓄能套内存储的压缩空气,完成过滤器的反吹卸料过程,可实现过滤系统过滤过程和卸料过程的自动操作,可有效降低工程造价和运行费用。
The filter is an important component of the fluid operating system. when the resistance is greater than the pressure of the fluid,the filtration process will be terminated, and the filter needs to be cleaned to continue filtration. This paper analyzes the common methods of filter regeneration, and proposes a self-storage backflushing filter technology. This technology cleverly utilizes the characteris tics of the centrifugal pump. Through the compressed air stored in the energy storage sleeve, the back-flushing and discharging process of the filter is completed, which can realize the automatic operation of the filtering process and the discharging process, and can effectively reduce the engineering cost. and operating costs.
