摘要
针对现有YF17储烟器控制系统存在斜向通道与高位输送器烟支输送通道烟支堵塞、下降装置垂直通道内烟支凌乱分布问题,文章结合现有储烟器控制信号,引入4个检测信号,根据信号之间的逻辑关系,设计一套辅助控制程序,并对牵引座结构进行局部改进。经过安装调试,设计的辅助控制系统可正常运行,解决牵引座卡堵引发的烟支输送通道堵塞、烟支凌乱分布问题,也能对“排空”按钮误触进行识别,降低储烟器停机频次、机组的废烟量、包装机卷烟机等待时间。
Aiming at the problems of cigarette blockage in the inclined channel and the cigarette conveying channel of the high-level conveyor and disorderly distribution of cigarettes in the vertical channel of the descent device in the existing YF17 cigarette storage control system, Combined with the existing control signals of smoke accumulator, this paper introduces four detection signals, designs a set of auxiliary control program according to the logical relationship between signals, and locally improves the structure of traction seat. After installation and commissioning, the designed auxiliary control system can operate normally, solve the problems of cigarette conveying channel blockage and cigarette messy distribution caused by the blockage of the traction seat, identify the wrong touch of the " emptying" button, and reduce the shutdown frequency of the smoke accumulator, the amount of waste smoke of the unit and the waiting time of the cigarette winder of the packaging machine.
