Under the new economic norm, science and technology are changing with each passing day, which makes industrial production have higher requirements for automation and can effectively control production equipment and activities, so the concept of automatic control is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. For the machinery manufacturing industry, the introduction of PLC automation technology can realize automatic production, which is not only the inevitable trend in the future, but also the main direction of the future development of the whole manufacturing industry. In this regard, this study takes the concept and advantages of PCL automation technology as the starting point, focuses on the effective application of PLC automation technology in mechanical manufacturing, and puts forward relevant precautions for reference.
