面向被检人员的X光安检机可用性评价指标体系研究

摘要 针对被安检人员在使用安检机的过程中遇到的可用性问题,选取可用性评价技术对X射线安检仪进行研究。采用文献研究法、情境调查法与德尔菲法构建安检机可用性评价指标,有效性、效率、满意度作为一级指标构建可用性评价指标体系。通过文献研究法与情境调查法得出备选指标,通过德尔菲法确定指标,并使用层次分析法计算指标权系数,建立安检机可用性评价模型。为改进X射线安检机可用性设计提供参考。 The usability evaluation technique was selected to study the X-ray screening machine with regard to the usability problems encountered by the screened personnel in the process of using the screening machine. The usability evaluation indexes are constructed using literature research, contextual survey and the Delphi method, with effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction as the primary indicators.Alternative indicators were derived through the literature research method and the contextual survey method, and the indicators were determined through the Delphi method, and the weight coefficients of the indicators were calculated using the hierarchical analysis method to establish the usability evaluation model of the security checker. It provides a reference for improving the usability design of X-ray security checkers.
