社会主义四国对社会主义现代化的新认识——以2021年四国党代会为视角

A New Understanding of Socialist Modernisation in Four Socialist Countries: A Perspective of Their National Party Congresses in 2021

2021年,朝鲜劳动党、老挝人民革命党、越南共产党和古巴共产党先后召开党代会,通过总结历史经验和教训,进一步明确了社会主义现代化的发展目标与战略布局。社会主义国家对社会主义现代化的理论阐释与实践探索表明,社会主义现代化代表着社会主义国家从欠发达状态走向发达状态的客观历史进程,也凝结着社会主义国家对未来理想社会的美好愿景和不懈努力。社会主义国家的现代化道路既包含一定的普遍性和必然性,也呈现出一定的特殊性和偶然性。评判社会主义现代化的成败得失既要关注现代化各要素、指标和关系的变化,更要关注这种现代化是否最大程度地体现了社会主义的本质要求与核心价值。

In 2021, the Korean Workers Party, the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Communist Party of Cuba successively held their party congresses to further clarify the development goals and strategic layout of socialist modernization through summing up their historical experience and lessons. The theoretical interpretation and practical exploration of the historical connotation of socialist modernisation in socialist countries demonstrates that socialist modernisation represents the objective historical process of socialist countries’ moving from a state of underdevelopment to that of development, and embodies the beautiful vision and unremitting efforts of socialist countries for a future ideal society. The modernisation path of socialist countries not only contains a certain degree of universality and inevitability, but presents a certain degree of specificity and contingency. The success or failure of socialist modernisation should be judged not only from the changes in the various elements, indicators and relationships of modernisation, but from whether this modernisation has reflected the essential requirements and core values of socialism to the greatest extent possible.
