禁毒学专业人才培养模式的研究与探索——以贵州警察学院为例

Research and Exploration on the Training Mode for Anti-drug Professionals:A Case Study of Guizhou Police College

当前我国禁毒斗争形式复杂严峻,禁毒学专业人才的培养主要依靠公安院校,公安院校作为禁毒人才培养的主要阵地,向禁毒实战部门提供有生力量,对打击毒品犯罪起到了重要作用。贵州警察学院依托贵州大数据中心以及贵州毒品犯罪特有形势开展禁毒学专业人才培养,已成为该省主要的禁毒专业人才培养基地。贵州警察学院通过强化课程思政、深化校局合作机制、打造实战化教学团队、优化人才培养方案等措施,突出思想建设和提高实践能力,积极探索建立新型的禁毒学专业人才培养模式,为贵州省的禁毒工作和队伍建设提供强有力的人才保证和智力支撑。

At present,China’s fight against narcotic drugs is complicated,and the training of anti-drug professionals mainly relies on police colleges and universities.The police colleges and universities,as main fronts responsible for cultivation of anti-drug professionals,have played an important role in combating drug-related crimes through providing qualified personnel to the anti-drug departments.Relying on the Big Data Center of Guizhou and focusing on the specific situation of drug-related crimes in Guizhou,Guizhou Police College is committed to the training of anti-drug professionals and has become the main training base for anti-drug professionals in this province.In addition,through strengthening ideological and political education in the courses,deepening the school-bureau cooperation mechanism,building the combat-orientated teaching team,optimizing the talent training scheme,Guizhou Police College lays stress on the ideology construction and improvement of practical ability,actively explore new training mode for anti-drug professionals,aiming to provide a strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for Guizhou province’s drug control work and team construction.
