摘要
《预防医学》是所有医学院校的一门必修课,其内容繁多,理论性较强,还涉及计算、推导等内容,学生学起来较其他课程费时、费力.在历年临床执业医师资格考试题中,预防医学内容占比较低,因此许多学生学习兴趣不高,临床执业医师资格考试中预防医学部分得分不理想.将执业医师资格考试与《预防医学》教学相结合,提高执业医师资格考试成绩是该课程教学改革的目标.文章针对《预防医学》教学中存在的问题,紧扣教学大纲,夯实基本理论知识和技能,结合执业医师考试大纲与真题,强化课堂教学,以练促学,提高课堂效果.以移动互联为平台构建课外便捷学习平台,丰富教学方法,巩固课程内容,将多种考核手段相结合,满足不同阶段的学习需要,以期提高执业医师资格考试通过率.
Preventive Medicine course is an important compulsory course in all medical colleges and universities.The course is characterized with the wide contents and strong theory.Besides,the course involves calculation,derivation and other contents.It may be physical or intellectual for students.However,the preventive medicine accounted for a low proportion in the past national medicine licensing examination,such many students had a little interest in studying preventive medicine course with an underachieve score.How to combine the teaching with the medicine licensing examination and to improve the examination success of preventive medicine course is always main goal of teaching reform of this course.Based on the analysis of existing problems in teaching this course,the present study focuses on the teaching basic theory,basic knowledge and basic skills,also concentrates on examination syllabus and true examination questions,strengthens teaching and practicing in the class.A convenient studying platform was built based on the mobile internet to enrich teaching means and consolidate the course contents.A variety of examination and assessment methods have been combined to meet the learning needs of the studying different stages.All these methods taken in the study aimed to improve the passing rate of national medicine licensing examination.
