摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者的肠道菌群结构与舌苔相关性。方法选取22例冠心病患者其中腻苔12例作为观察组,正常舌苔作10例为对照组,利用16S rDNA扩增子测序技术对各组粪便样本进行测序,基于有效数据进行OTUs(Operational Taxonomic Units)聚类和物种分类分析。结果腻苔组以大肠杆菌志贺菌、真杆菌、粪杆菌、无杆菌、考拉杆菌为主;非腻苔组以小球菌、布劳特氏菌、韦荣氏球菌、乳酸乳球菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌为主;腻苔组肠道菌群功能以组织系统、遗传信息处理、细胞转化较高;非腻苔组肠道菌群功能以人类疾病、新陈代谢和环境信息处理较多。结论冠心病腻苔与非腻苔患者肠道菌群存在一定的差异性,这些差异菌群可能是潜在的腻苔生物学标记物,也可能是影响冠心病患者腻苔形成的潜在因素,为中医慢性病的防治提供依据。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the structure of intestinal flora and tongue coating in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 22 patients with coronary heart disease were selected,including 12 cases of greasy coating as the observation group and 10 cases of normal tongue Coating as the control group.Results In the greasy coating group,Escherichia coli,Shigella,Eubacterium,faecalis,non bacilli and koala bacteria were the main bacteria;in the non greasy coating group,Micrococcus,brautella,veroniella,Lactococcus lactis and Lactobacillus reuteri were the main bacteria;in the greasy coating group,the function of intestinal flora was higher in tissue system,genetic information processing and cell transformation;in the non-greasy coating group,the function of intestinal flora was higher in human diseases and new diseases Chen metabolism and environmental information processing.Conclusion There are some differences in intestinal microflora between patients with coronary heart disease with greasy and non-greasy fur.These differences may be potential biomarkers of greasy fur,and may also be potential factors affecting the formation of greasy coating in patients with coronary heart cliease,which provides clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in traditional Chinses medicine.
