刘鸿恩应用乌梅的规律挖掘及学术思想探微

Rule Mining and Analysis of Liu Hong-en’s Academic Thoughts of applying Wumei

刘鸿恩是清代名医,在《医门八法》中详细记载了其临证的遣方用药经验,因其擅长运用乌梅,被后人称为"乌梅先生"。文章通过对《医门八法》中所有含乌梅的方剂、应用频次、相应的疾病、乌梅的预处理及乌梅的用量进行统计,构建了"刘氏乌梅方-疾病"网络和"乌梅用量-疾病"网络。在此基础上对刘氏运用乌梅的学术思想及规律进行了深入剖析,为临床上扩大乌梅的应用范围和提升乌梅应用的疗效提供参考。

LIU Hong-en was a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty,and his clinical experience was recorded in Eight Principles of Medicine.Because he was good at applying Wumei,he was called“Mr.Wumei”by later generations.Based on the statistics of all the prescriptions containing Wumei,application frequency,corresponding diseases,pre-treatment and dosage of Wumei in Eight Principles of Medicine,the“LIU’s Wumei prescription-disease”network and the“dosage of Wumei-disease”network were constructed.On this basis,Liu’s academic thoughts and rules on the application of Wumei were analyzed in depth,hoping to provide reference for expanding the application scope of Wumei and improving the curative effect of Wumei.
