木鳖子药材商品规格等级与质量评价研究

Study on Commercial Specification Grades Standard and Quality Evaluation of Momordica cochinchinensis

目的为木鳖子药材市场流通过程中规格等级的合理划分提供理论基础。方法基于外观性状指标划分木鳖子商品规格等级,采集不同商品规格等级的木鳖子药材的质量指标数据及指纹图谱,利用SPSS 19.0统计软件分析木鳖子药材的外观性状、规格等级与内在质量指标(水分、总灰分、脂肪油、齐墩果酸等)的相关性,并对其指纹图谱进行相似度比较。结果选定单颗重量作为量化指标,结合颜色和泛油程度等初步将木鳖子药材划分为选货一等、选货二等与统货3个规格等级;相关性分析结果显示脂肪油含量与规格等级呈显著正相关,其余各内在质量指标与木鳖子商品规格等级无显著相关性;多重比较分析结果显示选货一等与统货的脂肪油含量具有显著性差异,其余不同等级各内在质量指标均无显著性差异;不同规格等级的木鳖子样品HPLC指纹图谱显示出较高的相似度。结论初步建立了木鳖子药材商品规格等级划分标准,为以"辨状论质"为依据建立木鳖子药材商品规格等级标准提供了理论依据。

Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the rational division of specifications and grades in the market circulation of Momordica cochinchinensis.Methods Based on the commodity specification grades of Momordica cochinchinensis divided by appearance indicators,the quality indicators and fingerprints of different commodity specification grades of Momordica cochinchinensis were collected,and SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the appearance indicators,specification grades and internal quality indicators of Momordica cochinchinensis(Moisture,total ash,fatty oil,oleanolic acid,etc.).Results The weight of a single seed was selected as a quantitative indicator,and the color and degree of oil panning were used to preliminarily classify the Momordica cochinchinensis into three specification levels:first-grade goods,second-grade goods,and unified goods;Correlation analysis results show that the fatty oil content is significantly positively correlated with the specification grade,and the other quality indicators have no significant correlation with the specification grade;The results of multiple comparative analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the fatty oil content of the first-grade goods and the unified goods,and there was no significant difference in the internal quality indicators of the other different grades;The HPLC fingerprints of different grades of Momordica cochinchinensis showed high similarity.Conclusion The grading standard for the commodity specifications of Momordica cochinchinensis has been preliminarily established,which provides a theoretical basis for establishing the commodity specification grading standard of Momordica cochinchinensis by"differentiation and quality".
