考虑电、气备用协同配置的故障传播影响抑制策略 被引量:9

摘要 随着电网与气网间耦合程度的增强,天然气系统中的随机故障可能通过天然气机组传导至电力系统。为降低故障传播带来的不利影响,提出了面向可靠性提升的电-气耦合系统备用优化方法,实现电力与天然气备用的协同配置。首先,综合考虑产能与传输元件故障及传播过程等因素,依次构建天然气与电力系统的可靠性约束,描述可靠性指标与电、气备用间的关联性。基于此,提出了考虑可靠性约束的电、气备用的协同配置模型,确定各时刻发电机组、气源和储能装置提供的备用量。为提高求解效率,采用分段线性化技术与大M法相结合的方法将所构建模型转化为混合整数线性模型求解。算例结果表明,合理安排天然气备用可有效降低气-电故障传播给系统可靠性带来的不利影响。 With the increasing interaction between power grid and gas networks, random faults in natural gas systems may propagate to power systems through natural gas units. To reduce the untoward effects of failure propagation, a reliabilityconstrained reserve optimization method of power and natural gas coupling systems is proposed to realize the collaborative configuration between power and natural gas reserves. First, the reliability constraints of natural gas systems and power systems are sequentially formulated comprehensively considering the synthetic effects of production and transmission component failures, as well as failure propagation. The relevance between reliability indices and power and natural gas reserve is described. On this basis,a coordinated allocation model of power and natural gas reserve considering reliability constraints is proposed to determine the reserve provided by power units, gas sources and energy storage devices. In order to improve the solution efficiency, the piecewise linearization technology and big-M technique are combined to transform the proposed model into a mixed-integer linear programming model. Case results show that the reasonable allocation of natural gas reserve can reduce the untoward impacts of power and natural gas failure propagation on system reliability.
