枫蓼肠胃康片联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃肠炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Fengliao Changweikang Tablets Combined with Famotidine for Acute Gastroenteritis

目的:观察枫蓼肠胃康片联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:将82例急性胃肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各41例。对照组口服法莫替丁治疗,治疗组给予枫蓼肠胃康片联合法莫替丁治疗。比较2组治疗前后血清炎性因子及激素水平变化,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率95.12%,高于对照组78.05%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平均降低(P<0.05),胃泌素、胃动素水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-17、IL-8及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平均较低(P<0.05),胃泌素、胃动素水平均较高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枫蓼肠胃康片联合法莫替丁能明显提高急性胃肠炎患者的临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低炎症反应,调节胃肠激素分泌,且有一定安全性。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fengliao Changweikang tablets combined with famotidine on acute gastroenteritis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 82 patients with acute gastroenteritis were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with famotidine,and the treatment group was treated with Fengliao Changweikang tablets combined with famotidine.Before and after treatment,the changes of levels of serum inflammatory factors and hormone in the two groups were compared.The clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.12%in the treatment group,higher than that of 78.05%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-8(IL-8),and the levels of pepsinogen I and pepsinogen II in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of gastrin and motilin were increased(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of CRP,IL-1β,IL-17 and IL-8,and the levels of pepsinogen I and pepsinogen II in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of gastrin and motilin were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Fengliao Changweikang tablets combined with famotidine can significantly enhance the clinical effect on patients with acute gastroenteritis,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammation responses,and regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones,with certain safety.
