清肺通窍方联合常规西药治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Qingfei Tongqiao Prescription Combined with Routine Western Medicine for Chronic Sinusitis in Children

目的:观察清肺通窍方联合常规西药治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:选取62例CRS患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组32例与对照组30例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予清肺通窍方治疗,14 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎性细胞因子[超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、中性粒细胞(NEUT)比例]变化,观察2组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前下降,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清hs-CRP、NEUT水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组血清hs-CRP、NEUT水平均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组不良反应发生率为6.25%,对照组不良反应发生率为10.00%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清肺通窍方联合常规西药治疗CRS有利于提高疗效,改善患儿临床症状,减轻炎症反应,治疗方案安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Tongqiao prescription combined with routine western medicine for chronic sinusitis(CRS)in children and its adverse reactions.Methods:A total of 62 cases of CRS children were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 32 and 30 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Qingfei Tongqiao prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses,with 14 days being a course.The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores and serum inflammatory factors including high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels and neutrophil ratio before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared;the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 93.75%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and NEUT in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%in the treatment group and 10.00%in the control group,there being no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Qingfei Tongqiao prescription combined with routine western medicine for CRS is beneficial to improve curative effect and clinical symptoms of children,and reduce inflammatory responses,with a highly safe treatment plan.
