恒古骨伤愈合剂治疗瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Clinical Research of Osteoking on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Type

目的:观察恒古骨伤愈合剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症(瘀血阻络型)临床疗效。方法:收集2020年6月1日至2020年12月31日就诊患者60名,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组予以恒古骨伤愈合剂治疗,对照组予以甲钴胺片联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗,治疗周期为12 d。比较两组患者治疗前、疗程结束时的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰椎JOA评分、中医证候积分评分和临床疗效。结果:疗程结束时两组共纳入有效病例54例,(治疗组26例,对照组28例),治疗组有效率84.6%(22/26),对照组有效率82.1%(23/28),两组在疗效、VAS评分、JOA评分、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:恒古骨伤愈合剂对腰椎间盘突出症(瘀血阻络型)疗效显著,可以改善腰腿部刺痛、拒按、夜间加重等症状,短期内可以达到与甲钴胺片联合塞来昔布胶囊相似的效果,服药期间未发生严重的不良反应和毒副作用,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of osteoking on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis blocking collaterals type.Methods:60 outpatients were recruited from 1 st June 2020 to 31 th December 2020.They were randomly divided into treating group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treating group was treated by osteoking and the control group was treated by mecobalamin tablets combined with celecoxib capsule.The period was 12 d.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS), lumbar JOA score, TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared before and last treatment.Results:At the end of the treating course, 54 effective cases were included in the two groups(26 cases in the treating group and 28 cases in the control group).The effective rate in the treating group was 84.6%(22/26) and 82.1%(23/28) in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in curative efficacy, VAS score, JOA score and TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).Conclusion:Osteoking has a significant efficacy on lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis blocking collaterals type.It can improve the symptoms of lumbar and leg tingling, refusal to press and aggravation at night.It can achieve the similar efficacy of mecobalamin tablets combined with celecoxib capsule in the short term.There are no serious adverse reactions and toxic and side efficacy during the medication.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
