乡村振兴与人的现代化:基于比较历史的考察

Rural revitalization and human modernization:A study based on comparative history

现代化的核心是人的现代化,乡村振兴与此密切相关。在当前要实践马克思主义关于人的自由而全面发展的社会主张、实现人的现代化需要大力推进乡村振兴战略,实现农业现代化和城乡一体化,逐渐消除城乡差别。从历史线索来看,我国现代化发展中,由于不仅面临发展中国家普遍出现的城乡二元结构问题,还面临长期的城乡二元制度分割的问题,乡村振兴战略提出与实施具有紧迫性。从人的现代化的视野看,"乡村振兴"需要振兴广泛的乡村地带,创造出城乡融合的新格局,其着力点在于最大限度地转化农民,尤其是需要从农民的市民化、农民的职业化和乡村的社区化三个方面着手。

The core of modernization is human modernization,and rural revitalization is closely related to it. At present,in order to practice the Marxist social proposition of free and all-round development of human beings and realize the human modernization,it is necessary to vigorously promote the strategy of rural revitalization,realize the modernization of agriculture and the urban-rural integration,and gradually eliminate the differences between urban and rural areas. From the perspective of historical clues,in the development of China’s modernization,it is urgent to put forward and implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy because it is not only facing the problem of urban-rural dual structure that is common in developing countries,but also facing the problem of longterm artificial division of urban-rural dual system. From the perspective of human modernization,“Rural Revitalization”needs to revitalize a wide range of rural areas and create a new pattern of urban-rural integration.Its focus is to transform farmers to the greatest extent,especially from three aspects: the citizenization of farmers,the professionalization of agriculture and the communization of villages.
