摘要
利用金相显微镜(0M)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等观测方法,研究不同Al-20Si中间合金制备的4012铝合金钎料钎焊性能。结果表明,初晶硅形貌为片状的中间合金能提高4012铝合金钎料钎焊温度,并且重熔后钎料的微观组织保留着熔化前的组织特征,证明了Si相形貌的遗传性。
The optical microscopy(OM)and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were adopted to study the effect of different Al-20Si master alloys on brazing properties of 4012 aluminum alloy solders.Results show that the master alloy with the plate-like morphology of primary Si increases brazing temperature of 4012 aluminum alloy,and the mircostructure characteristics of the samples after re-melting testing are similar to those of raw materials,so the heredity of Si phase morphology is proved.
