摘要
当前石油钻机辅助提升作业中常用的气动(载人)绞车存在功能单一、噪声大、能耗高、提升力不足以及低温适应性差等问题,为此,研制了DJB-5/50×35-R型载人载物电动绞车。该电动绞车主体的电机、减速机和卷筒采用同轴式布局,通过对减速机内藏式设计及电机紧凑型设计,极大地减小了绞车主体长度;设置载人与载物两种工作模式,可通过旋钮进行切换,载人模式匀速平稳运行,安全可靠;载物模式无级调速运行,灵活高效。该电动绞车设置了能耗制动、盘式刹车及带式刹车,具备过载保护、急停保护、断电保护、限位保护、零伺服保护、松绳保护及紧急释放等安全保护功能。50多套DJB-5/50×35-R型电动绞车已在新疆、四川和长庆等油田应用,与同类型绞车相比,节省成本80%以上。该电动绞车完全满足石油钻机辅助提升作业中的载人载物双用途要求,具有较高的推广应用价值。
The pneumatic(people-carrying) winch commonly used in the auxiliary lifting operation of rigs has many problems, such as single function, high noise, high energy-consuming, insufficient lifting and less adaptable to low temperature. Thus, the DJB-5/50×35-R people/cargo-carrying electric winch was developed. The motor, speed reducer and drum, the main parts of the electric winch are arranged coaxially, and the design of built-in speed reducer and compact motor helps reduce the length of the winch greatly. The winch can work in people-carrying mode and cargo-carrying mode by switching via a knob, of which the people-carrying mode runs smoothly at a constant speed in a safe and reliable manner, and the cargo-carrying mode runs under stepless speed regulation in a flexible and efficient manner. This electric winch is configured with energy consumption brake, disc brake and band brake, and has overload protection, emergency stop protection, power-off protection, limit protection, zero servo protection, loose rope protection, emergency release and other safety functions. More than 50 sets of DJB-5/50×35-R electric winch have been applied in Xinjiang, Sichuan, Changqing and other oilfields. Compared with similar winches, the electric winch realizes a cost reduction by over 80%. The DJB-5/50×35-R electric winch can fully meet the needs for carrying people and cargo during the auxiliary lifting operations of rigs, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
