摘要
如何提高电加热系统加热效果是空心杆电加热技术推广应用的关键。以空心杆电加热系统为研究对象,仿真分析了集肤效应和邻近效应,介绍了空心杆电加热系统的工作原理,利用ANSYS Maxwell软件对空心杆和加热电缆所处电磁场进行模拟分析,得出空心杆上电流密度受频率、壁厚、电缆偏置的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着电流频率不断增加,电流密度逐渐增大;壁厚越小,空心杆上加热效果越明显;当电缆处于中心位置时,可以实现对周围稠油的有效加热;选择规格为KG36的空心杆,当电流频率为1 000 Hz,空心杆壁厚为5.5 mm时,加热效果最为明显。研究结果可为空心杆电加热系统工艺设计及工艺参数选择提供参考。
How to improve the performance of the electric heating system is critical to the promotion and application of the hollow rod electric heating technology. With the hollow rod electric heating system as the research objective, the skin effect and proximity effect were simulated and analyzed, and the working principle of the hollow rod electric heating system was introduced;then, the electromagnetic field of the hollow rod and the heating cable was simulated by ANSYS Maxwell, and the change law of the current density on the hollow rod with frequency, wall thickness and cable bias was obtained. The results show that the current density gradually increases as the current frequency increases;the smaller the wall thickness, the more obvious the heating effect on the hollow rod;and when the cable is in the center position, the surrounding heavy oil can be effectively heated. For KG36 hollow rad, when the current frequency is 1 000 Hz and the wall thickness is 5.5 mm, the heating effect is most obvious. The study results can provide a reference for the process design and parameter selection of the hollow rod electric heating system.
