通过对供电设计企业创新实践现状调查,重点关注由企业创新构建的新型核心竞争力要素,着重研究体制创新、管理创新、技术创新、业务创新等创新文化内涵,探讨企业创新存在的问题与不足。结合行业发展需求,就未来创新发展、规划思路、创新方法进行研究,提出加强创新推动供电设计企业生存发展的对策。

Based on the investigation of the current situation of innovation practice in power supply design enterprises,this paper focuses on the new core competitiveness elements constructed by enterprise innovation,focuses on the cultural connotation of innovation,such as system innovation,management innovation,technology innovation and business innovation,and discusses the problems and deficiencies existing in enterprise innovation.Combined with the development needs of the industry,the paper studies the future innovation development,planning ideas and innovation methods,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen innovation and promote the survival and development of power supply design enterprises.
