摘要
文章基于湖南省公开发布的工业能源消耗统计数据,根据国家温室气体清单编制指南等相关方法学,对湖南省工业能源消费碳排放特征进行分析,挖掘减排潜力,分析存在问题,并提出碳减排建议。
Based on the industrial energy consumption statistics publicly released by Hunan province,according to the national greenhouse gas list compilation guidelines and other relevant methods,this article analyzes the carbon emission characteristics of industrial energy consumption in Hunan province,excavates the emission reduction potential of Hunan province,analyzes the existing problems,and put forward suggestions on carbon emission reduction.
