纤维素酶在制备自修复性能超疏水纺织品上的应用

摘要 利用纤维素酶与纤维素的水解反应,对棉织物表面刻蚀产生粗糙结构,通过壳聚糖与十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)混合溶液对织物进行浸渍处理得到了具有自修复性能的超疏水棉织物。制备得到的棉织物接触角达到了160.2°,对日常生活中常见的液体均有良好的抗污性。经过化学损伤和机械磨损后仅需经过简单加热即可使棉织物恢复超疏水性能。 Through the hydrolysis reaction of cellulase and cellulose,the surface of cotton fabric was etched to produce rough structure.The fabric was impregnated with the mixed solution of chitosan and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS),and the superhydrophobic cotton fabric with self-repairing property was obtained.The contact angle of the prepared cotton fabric reaches 160.2°,which has good antifouling property to the common liquids in daily life.After chemical damage and mechanical wear,the superhydrophobic property of cotton fabric can be restored only by simple heating.
